GAP’s 100th Depot: Sittingbourne Opens Its Doors

We are excited to announce that we have reached the milestone of having 100 depots across the UK, with the opening of our new depot in Sittingbourne, which opened its doors for customers today. GAP Sittingbourne is also our 10th new depot of 2024, showcasing our rapid network growth.

GAP started its operations in 1993 by purchasing and delivering PVC-U window and door trims to a small group of customers in Accrington. The business has since evolved into a substantial operation owning a large network of depots, several manufacturing hubs, and an extensive logistics operation, all underpinned by a brilliant team. Achieving this key milestone has not been easy, it has involved years of hard work and dedication, but most importantly, the unwavering support of all our teams.

Ellie Owen, our new Depot Manager, ran a Golden Ticket giveaway for the first 100 spending customers to mark this significant occasion during the opening ceremony of GAP Sittingbourne. Numerous fantastic prizes, discounts, and giveaways were distributed among customers, along with some fun prizes such as Pot Noodles and hot sauce for our trade customers.

The depot's prime location within Trinity Trading Estate, Sittingbourne, ensures easy accessibility for customers across the southeast. We invite customers to visit the depot to chat with Ellie and her team for a quick quotation or to just enjoy a free cup of coffee.
