It’s that time of year again, already! We are now in November and before we know it the holidays will soon be upon us. Therefore, in the run up to the festive period, we kindly ask our customers to make a note of our product cut-off dates before our Christmas shutdown period, which will commence on December 23rd.
We strongly advise all customers to place any orders needed before Christmas, regardless of the cut-off date, as soon as possible. Any orders placed after these dates will not be guaranteed delivery until the new year. See below:
Rockdoor – The last day you can place an order for a Rockdoor to be delivered before the Christmas shutdown period is November 18th.
HomeView – Like Rockdoor, the last day you can order HomeView bi folding doors for delivery before the shutdown period is November 18th.
HomeFrame – Orders for GRP Composite Doors must also be placed by November 18th for delivery in time for Christmas. Foiled/coloured UPVC window units must be ordered before November 18th as well, however white UPVC units you have until December 7th to order.
Roof Lanterns – All orders for Made for Trade roof lanterns must be ordered by December 2nd for delivery for Christmas, or December 9th if unglazed. Wendland roof lanterns must be ordered by November 29th for Christmas delivery.

Our last date for deliveries this year will be on December 22nd, however our depots will be open on the morning of December 23rd for any last-minute collections. GAP will be closed during this shutdown period until January 3rd, 2023 (January 4th in Scotland), when normal operations will resume.
