After the recent success of both Doncaster and Dundee depot openings earlier this year, the trade specialists are delighted to announce their latest additions to the depot network, Lincoln and Cramlington, will be open in September.
This will be the first time in GAP’s near 30-year history that the trade specialists have facilitated back-to-back depot openings, with work currently undergoing on both.
This will be the latest, ambitious move in GAP’s long-term plans to facilitate growth for the future, by implementing two new depots in new regions of the country, with Cramlington becoming the first ever depot to open in Northumberland.
Simon Bird, company MD, is delighted with the latest acquisitions, highlighting how exciting the prospect of multiple depot openings is for both customers and the company:
“It is always exciting for us whenever we open a new trade counter for our customers, yet alone two in quick succession! We will always strive to give our customers the best possible customer service, in as many parts of the country as we can.
“For the first time in nearly 30 years of trading, we are operating a multi-depot opening, in two different parts of the country as well.
“This is largely thanks to investment in key areas over the last 12 months, allowing our company to grow internally which is allowing us to expand the depot network exponentially.”
Both Lincoln and Cramlington will make use of GAP’s new depot concept – The HUB. A modern layout which improves customer experience using LED screens and an enhanced depot design, which has proved successful at our two other new depots this year in Doncaster and Dundee.
The depots will become the latest stockists of GAP’s impressive product range including Homeline building products, Rockdoor Composite Doors, HomeView Bifolds, HomeFrame GRP Composite Doors and Windows.
GAP Lincoln will open its doors to customers on the 6th September, whilst GAP Cramlington will commence trading on the 19th September, locations of both can be found on the depot network.
