OPERATIONAL UPDATE 05/06/20

Depots – NOW OPEN

We have safely managed to reopen almost all of our depots across the UK to serve customers for all their collection requirements. Each depot we have opened is operating with reduced staffing levels whilst complying with social distancing measures, so we ask for your support and patience until we are able to get back up to full capacity. The depots many also operate slightly different opening times currently and maybe closed on a Saturday, so please check before visiting us.

Online Orders – ACCEPTING ORDERS

We are also accepting online orders with quick deliveries for our large range of PVC-U building products for dispatch from our 3rd party couriers. To get started and order please click here.

Manufacturing – ACCEPTING ORDERS

Our productions facilities that make our made to measure PVC-U Windows and Rockdoors are now operational. To place a new order please use our ordering portals, or to find out delivery dates for existing orders please contact your local depot. Please note, we are temporarily operating at a reduced capacity so lead times may be slightly extended.

Collection Process

We are adopting the following short terms rules for the safety of both our team members and customers and we thank you in advance for following them.
There are -

• Only one customer is permitted to enter the premises at a time
• When entering please stand behind the designated taped line and place your order
• Your goods will then be picked and left at the shutter door for you to collect
• Please note that we cannot accept cash, credit card payments will be required.
