GAP are delighted to announce the addition of their own range of GRP composite doors called HomeFrame, which are now available to order nationwide from all GAP depots after a successful phased rollout over the summer months.
Trade specialists GAP have sold GRP composite doors for several years, but factory floor area which was used for other popular in-house manufactured products, meant space was at a premium. However, the recent addition of a purpose-built factory in Knowsley, Merseyside, changed this, allowing GAP to plough ahead with a long-held ambition to make GRP composite and bi fold doors in-house for the first time.
Speaking about the latest product launch, Joint Managing Director, Charles Greensmith is delighted with how the new doors have been received by customers.
“After a successful rollout, we are pleased to see how well the HomeFrame brand has been received, both by our depot’s teams and our customers.
“As we all know, GRP composite doors are hugely popular in homes across the UK. So, with our depot expansion over recent years, it made perfect sense to broaden our range and offer a GRP composite door alongside our signature door brand, Rockdoor.
“Since we acquired the new facility last year, we’ve been busy amassing huge stock levels of door blanks to cope with demand, as well as installing the latest machinery to produce the doors such as a propose-built, high tech spray booth.
HomeFrame GRP Composite Doors are now available to order from all GAP depots with a range of marketing material to support the launch.
